Before you choose
How does monthly billing work?
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Your plan then renews monthly, with no annual commitment. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future payments.
Does the price increase after 12 months?
No. Listed stays at £9 a month and Featured stays at £19 a month. There is no scheduled increase after 12 months.
Does a listing guarantee enquiries?
No. Requests depend on demand, location and whether your company matches the enquiry. We do not guarantee a number of leads, bookings or sales.
What does a paid plan add to my profile?
Nothing. Your description, website, services and P601 qualification all show on a Free listing. A paid plan changes the order: where your company appears in results, and whether it is picked for a quote request ahead of other companies that cover the same site. Featured also puts a label on your company card.
How does paid placement work?
Search results and town pages are ordered by listing tier, then distance within each tier. Featured appears before Listed, followed by Free. A general quote request goes to up to three companies whose coverage reaches the site, picked in the same order. If fewer than three match, companies that work across the UK fill the places left, nearest first. A request sent from a company's own page goes only to that company. A paid position is not an endorsement or a check of technical competence.
Does LevHQ verify qualifications?
LevHQ does not verify qualifications or certify listed testers as compliant. Qualification and membership details are claims supplied by the company. Customers should ask for evidence and confirm suitability for their systems.
Is the report tool included?
Yes. The LevHQ report tool is included with every listing, including Free. Log in to your tester workspace to record measurements and issue PDF reports. You can claim your directory listing to get started.
