These terms cover use of the LevHQ website, directory, quote request service and accounts. Paid company listings are offered for business use. The privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
Record measurements and photographs in your tester workspace, then issue a PDF report and QR label for your client. The report tool is included with every listing, free or paid.
LevHQ does not provide a certification service.
Finding and choosing a tester
LevHQ helps you find companies and request quotes. We do not carry out LEV tests, act as the testing contractor or certify companies as competent or compliant. Qualifications, accreditations and service details are company claims unless expressly stated otherwise.
Check a tester's competence, experience, insurance, scope of work and availability before appointing them. Any testing contract, price, visit or report is agreed between you and that company. Directory distances are approximate and do not establish travel time or availability.
Quote requests may be emailed to up to three matching testers. Matching depends on location, published coverage and contact details. Results are ordered by listing tier, then distance within the tier. Paid placement is not an endorsement. We do not guarantee replies, bookings or a particular number of leads.
Guides and calculators provide general information. Check the requirements for your own systems and circumstances with a competent person. Photographs on this site are illustrative and do not depict specific companies, engineers or customer sites.
Accounts and company listings
Provide accurate details and keep your login secure. Only claim or manage a business listing if you are authorised to do so. We may ask for evidence and review a listing before publication. Paying for a tier does not remove that review.
You are responsible for the information and images you submit and for having permission to use them. You allow HQ Software to display that material as part of your listing and the LevHQ directory. Contact us to correct a listing or resolve an ownership dispute.
We may suspend access or remove content that is misleading, infringes another person's rights, creates a security risk or breaches these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it.
Paid listing subscriptions
Check the pricing page for available plans. Once your listing is published, you can choose an available paid plan through Billing in your account.
Listed costs £9 per month and Featured costs £19 per month. These are total monthly charges. No VAT is currently charged. There is no scheduled increase after 12 months and no extra fee per lead.
When you subscribe, Stripe takes the first payment at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Manage payment details and cancellation through Billing in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Plan changes and any adjustment to the current bill are shown before you confirm them in Stripe. A failed payment may interrupt paid placement. Updating your payment method or resolving the outstanding invoice can restore it once payment status is confirmed.
Contact us about a billing error or refund request. We assess the circumstances and any rights that apply. Cancelling alone does not automatically refund a payment already made.
Use LevHQ fairly
Do not submit spam or false enquiries, impersonate a business, copy material you do not have permission to use, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. Do not use contact details obtained through LevHQ for unrelated unsolicited marketing.
We may limit requests and investigate suspected abuse. Keep copies of information you need; website access may be interrupted for maintenance or because of faults.
Responsibility, changes and contact
We aim to keep the directory useful and correct, but information and third-party services can change. Tell us about errors so we can review them. We are responsible for the LevHQ service; testing companies are responsible for the work they agree with you.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory rights that apply to you.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will identify the updated version here and notify account holders of material changes affecting an existing subscription. The current version is dated above.
