LEV testing

A thorough examination and test checks the condition of your extraction system and measures airflow to assess how it controls exposure. For most LEV, this is required at least every 14 months under regulation 9 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002.

LEV design

Design starts with the work process and the dust, fumes or vapours it produces. It involves choosing capture hoods and sizing the extraction equipment around how your staff actually use the workspace.

LEV servicing

Servicing involves maintaining components such as fans, filters and moving parts so the extraction system can keep working as intended. It can help address wear or blockages between thorough examinations and tests.

Ductwork
